Shotover Canyon Swing
Queenstown, Queenstown Region · 15 minuite shuttle ride from central Queenstown to location

Queenstown's original canyon swing, locally owned and operated since 2002. After leaping — or being released — from a platform 109 metres above the Shotover River, guests freefall 60 metres before a smooth transition into a 200m swing arc above the canyon below. With over 70 jump styles to choose from and the unique option to jump yourself or be released by the crew, every swing is different. Small groups and regular departures keep it personal, and the scenery — from clifftop to canyon floor — is spectacular. Just 15 minutes from central Queenstown.
Inclusive statement
The Canyon Swing crew have been working with MakingTrax for years and are pros at taking all abilities. If it's possible, this experienced and inventive team will find a way to make it work — including some very creative solutions for guests who need them.
