Ziptrek Ecotours offers a thrilling zipline adventure through native forest high above Lake Wakatipu, accessed via the Skyline Gondola in Queenstown. Choose from three courses — the Moa 4 Line, Kererū 2 Line + Drop (including a 21m drop), and Kea 6 Line — each offering stunning views and an eco-friendly, guided experience through the treetops.

Ziptrek Ecotours is committed to supporting and enabling as many guests to zip with them as practically possible, and is working towards creating an inclusive environment so everyone can experience zipping through the trees above Queenstown. They recognise that each person has individual needs and that the course may be more challenging for some guests, and are committed to working with visitors to offer a seamless experience.
Good to know
Reaching the Ziptrek Treehouse requires either riding the Skyline Gondola (45–60 min from accommodation) or walking the steep, uneven Tiki Trail (60–90 min). All tours have a maximum weight of 125kg, with some tours having minimum weight requirements, and most tours involve significant additional walking on uneven terrain and navigating stairs to reach the ziplines.
