List your business

Free, and in your own words

Find your business on Collect.ive and choose “Is this your business?”, or choose “Add your business” if it isn't there yet. We'll ask for your role, your business email and phone, a second contact at the business, and your NZBN if you have one. We check every claim before it goes live.

Once verified, you can add your photos, Good to know and What's involved, and reply to reviews.

Become Adapting Aotearoa Endorsed

Endorsement takes you from listed to recommended. You get a full listing on Access.ive, the leading directory for accessible tourism in Aotearoa New Zealand, and training for your whole team, so every guest is welcomed the same way. You build your own Access Guide, answering travellers' questions before they ask, with an annual appraisal and ongoing advice from your inclusive advisor. And you can show the endorsement mark and your traveller rating badge on your own website.

Adventure operators that have adapted an experience can also be selected for MakingTrax endorsement.

Reviews

Reviews of your business

You can reply to every review and tell travellers when you've made changes. Reviews are independent: businesses can't edit or remove them, which is what makes your good reviews count.
